Information on the Personal Data Processing

Your personal data may be obtained for the above purposes by our authorized contractual partners or handed over to our authorized contractual partners (intermediaries), which are e.g. providers of relevant database, analytical or software systems, services and applications and that each of them meets the conditions for personal data protection.

When processing your personal data by our authorized contractual partners, your personal data may be transferred to third countries, but only if the European Commission has decided that the third country, territory or one or more sectors in that country guarantee an adequate level of protection, given the existence of an adequacy decision.

We carry out the above-mentioned processing of your personal data on the basis of your consent. Although the provision of your personal data for the above purposes is voluntary, without its provision we cannot include you in the database of candidates and inform you about any vacancies in the future.

You also have the right (i) to request access to personal data, (ii) to correct personal data, (iii) to delete personal data, (iv) to restrict the processing of personal data, (v) to object to the processing of personal data and (iv) to portability of personal data. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data that took place before such withdrawal. In order to comply with our obligations under the data protection regulations and to prove the basis on which we process your personal data, we will process the information that your consent has been granted or withdrawn for a reasonable period of time after your consent has been withdrawn. However, as part of the withdrawal of consent, you may inform us that you do not wish us to process your personal data for these registration purposes.

What else should you know about your rights in relation to data privacy?

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"). We will ensure that your personal data is secured against loss or unauthorized access throughout the entire period of processing and storage and will not be made available to any unauthorized person.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the supervisory body in the field of personal data protection, is the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office: Hraničná 12, Bratislava 27, 820 07 (www.dataprotection.gov.sk). You have the right to file a petition for personal data protection with the Office.
