Job description

The Sales & Business Development Manager will drive the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a combination of market understanding, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable revenue growth and strengthen the company’s position in the market.

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across target markets, customer segments, and geographies.

  • Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of prospects, leads, and partners, ensuring continuous business development activity.

  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to support repeat business and strategic collaboration.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and business cases in cooperation with internal teams to ensure competitive and profitable offers.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.

  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, conferences, and industry events to strengthen market presence and brand credibility.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams to align sales activities with overall company objectives and market positioning.

  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and customer acquisition plans.

  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates, taking corrective actions when targets are at risk.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Support contract management, including renewals, amendments, and ongoing customer engagement.

  • Gather customer feedback and market insights and feed them back into product development and strategic planning.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM and reporting systems.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Personality requirements

Experience requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, key account management, or a similar commercial role.

  • Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles and building long-term customer relationships.

Other requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market opportunities into concrete business results.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus.

  • Knowledge of the BESS and/or power solutions sector is considered an advantage.

  • Previous experience in energy sector is considered an advantage.
