Job description

The AI Integration Specialist drives the adoption and practical implementation of artificial intelligence across InoBat's operations. Working at the intersection of technology and day-to-day business, he or she identifies where AI can remove friction, automate repetitive work, and surface better decisions, then makes it happen. The role is hands-on and exploratory: part builder, part internal consultant, part technology scout.

  • Continuously map business pain points across teams and match them to viable AI solutions — from AI agents and workflow automation to LLM-based tools.

  • Translate business needs into practical AI-driven solutions, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with company objectives.

  • Integrate AI systems with existing digital infrastructure, including enterprise platforms, databases, and internal tools.

  • Design and manage end-to-end AI solution workflows, including data input, processing, model configuration, and output utilization.

  • Support and implement use cases such as process automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and decision-support systems.

  • Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and continuous optimization over time.

  • Manage and optimize data pipelines, configuration parameters, and system settings to improve AI outcomes.

  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to understand their workflows and co-design solutions that actually get used.

  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI systems, configurations, processes, and user guidelines.

  • Provide technical support and training to users, enabling effective adoption and utilization of AI tools across the company.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements related to AI usage.

  • Collaborate with IT and ERP management to ensure integrations are robust, secure and maintainable.

  • Track the fast-moving AI landscape and regularly brief the team on relevant tools, models and approaches worth piloting.

  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of new AI features and system updates.

  • Contribute to building internal standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI configuration and usage.

Requirements

Experience requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical role involving AI, automation, data, or systems integration

  • Hands-on experience configuring or deploying AI/ML tools, LLMs, or workflow automation solutions

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions — not just code, but understanding the problem first

  • Experience working with APIs and integrating tools into existing systems

  • Comfortable working independently and figuring things out without a detailed playbook

Other requirements:

  • Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, or RAG-based solutions

  • Exposure to ERP systems or industrial/manufacturing environments

  • Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders across departments

  • Any delivered end-to-end project — even a personal or side project counts

Company description

InoBat is a Slovakia-based company established in January 2019 aiming to create an R&D cluster and accelerator focusing on the development of battery solutions in the energy and e-mobility sectors. InoBat develops technologies with international partners looking to expand their global reach to the European continent in general, especially Central and Eastern Europe.

InoBat Auto, one of its flagship projects, is a Slovak battery production and R&D company. Together with its technological partner Wildcat Discovery Technologies, its aim is to build the first vehicle lithium-ion battery production line and research center in Slovakia.
