Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse and internal logistics operations to support efficient production and supply chain performance. This role ensures the seamless flow of materials, components, and finished products across inbound, storage, line feeding, returnables, waste management, and outbound logistics processes. The position plays a key role in supporting the operational excellence of manufacturing through effective logistics management, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Full-time position operating on a single-shift schedule (1-shift operation).

  • Lead the onboarding, development, performance management, and continuous evaluation of external logistics service providers supporting internal logistics operations.

  • Supervise and manage all warehouse logistics processes, including inbound receiving, storage, inventory management, production line feeding, packaging and returnable packaging management, recycling, waste handling, and outbound shipments.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve warehouse and internal logistics processes to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable operations aligned with production requirements.

  • Ensure optimal inventory accuracy, stock availability, material flow, delivery performance, transportation efficiency, and cost control.

  • Establish and maintain logistics standards, compliance requirements, quality assurance procedures, and operational best practices.

  • Develop, monitor, and report logistics KPIs and scorecards, including performance evaluation of third-party logistics providers.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost optimization opportunities across warehouse and logistics operations.

  • Review and validate inventory, warehouse, and logistics reports to ensure data accuracy and operational transparency.

  • Conduct workforce and resource planning to support changing production demands and business growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability for manufacturing operations.

  • Support the development and execution of company logistics and supply chain strategies, contributing to long-term operational excellence and scalability.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external logistics partners, transportation providers, and warehouse service suppliers.

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and user support of assigned ERP logistics modules, ensuring data integrity and process standardization.

  • Support warehouse readiness for new product introductions, production ramp-ups, and capacity expansions.

  • Manage, maintain, and plan the lifecycle and capacity of logistics equipment and warehouse infrastructure, including material handling equipment, racking systems, and loading facilities; support CAPEX planning for equipment procurement and replacement.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements applicable to warehouse operations and material handling.

Personality requirements

  • Presentation and communication skills,

  • At least medium level in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word),

  • Fast learner and attitude to deep dive to new technologies and incoming issues

  • Independence, creativity, precision, problem-solving, positive and proactive approach to work, professionalism

  • English is a must

Experience requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Education requirements

  • Secondary Technical school (Logistics / Engineering..)
