Corporate Lawyer
Job description
A Corporate Lawyer ensures that a company's transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations, provides strategic legal advice to minimize risks, and represents the company in legal proceedings. He/She facilitates effective governance by managing board meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards. Together, role supports the organization's legal and administrative framework, promoting transparency and accountability.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare materials for stakeholder/board meetings, fill-in registration and other administrative forms;
draft minutes of meetings and task planning;
draft, revise and negotiate contracts related to the company's operation
prepare corporate resolutions and structure charts of all companies within the group
maintain electronic files and organization of hard-copy documents
assist with public procurement
maintain and update the business calendar, communicate with public authorities, stakeholders and business partners
track filing processes, payments and compliance with other obligations
keep all databases and records up-to-date
legal support for the respective departments of the company
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years in law firm or/and as an in-house lawyer.
