Commercial Lawyer

Commercial Lawyer will be the main point for the commercial team as he/she will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiation of the off-take agreements, standard terms & conditions, supply agreements, etc. and overall management of business partners’ relations from legal perspective.

Job description

• Draft, review,, negotiate, and manage off-take agreements.
• Update and adjust standard terms and conditions.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage supply agreements.
• Develop strong professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Keep up to date on all legal developments, legal matters, IP implications pertaining to the business.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures pertaining mainly to the product and IP.
• Work closely with the business to develop, implement, and maintain contracts that achieve business goals.
• Participate in the company’s IP protection.
• Provide legal advice to the team.
• Draft, adjust and keep up-to-date company’s template contractual documents.
• Work closely with commercial, technical, and R&D team to implement the company’s priorities.
• Be part of a larger legal team with substitutable roles.

Other requirements

• 5 - 8 years in law firm or/and as an in-house lawyer 
• Demonstrable experience in working with the automotive, manufacturing, or a similar industrial area, including IP industrialization
• English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)
