Warehouse Supervisor
Job description
The Warehouse Supervisor runs the daily warehouse and internal logistics operations, making sure materials, components, and finished goods keep flowing smoothly to production — from receiving through storage, line feeding, and outbound shipments.
Full-time position operating on a single-shift schedule (1-shift operation) (with a possible transition to a two-shift model in the future).
Run the daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory, line feeding, returnable packaging, waste handling, and outbound shipments — keeping material flowing to production without interruptions.
Supervise external logistics providers on site: onboarding, daily performance, and resolving issues as they come up.
Keep inventory accurate and stock available — track material flow and resolve shortages or discrepancies quickly.
Ensure the warehouse team follows safety, health, and environmental rules.
Track and develope basic logistics KPIs, spot recurring problems, and drive practical improvements in the warehouse.
Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering to keep material available for manufacturing.
Support planning of warehouse equipment/infrastructure, relevant ERP tools, lay out, design and broader process improvements as needed.
